By accessing elaraweb.xyz or using Elara Bot, you agree to these terms and Discord's Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must remove the bot from your server immediately.
Elara offers paid subscriptions (Plus, Pro, Ultra Pro). All payments are handled via secure third-party providers. Subscriptions are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time. No refunds are provided for partial months of service.
We aim for 99.9% uptime, but Elara is provided "as is". We are not responsible for any data loss, server misconfiguration, or downtime caused by Discord API changes or server maintenance.
You may not use Elara to facilitate illegal activities, harassment, or to violate the rights of others. We reserve the right to blacklist any server or user from our services for violations of these terms.
